Pre entries and stall reservations are now open at Heidi Horse Shows

CLASS FEES

• AQHA Classes: $200 per class.  Includes each time the AQHA class is offered but does not include any cattle charges for cattle classes.

• AQHA Trail Classes: $220 per class.  Includes three times the class is offered and the trail warm-up.

• AQHA Halter Classes: $120 per class  excluding Open and Amateur Performance Halter
       (Open and Amateur Performance Halter classes will be charged $200)
• Exhibition Cattle Classes: $100 per class (does not include cattle fees)
• Cattle Fees: – To ensure fresh cattle must be reserved by June 19^th, 2023.
  Cutting cattle fee: $120 per run
  Cowhorse cattle fee: $160 per run

  Boxing catte fee: $80 per run

• All Breed Youth 11 & Under WalkTrot: $8 per judge (double judged – shows 3 times)

• NSBA Dual Approved  Classes: $10 per class (Single judged – one judge each time class shows)

ADDITIONAL FEES

• AQHA Processing Fee: $10 per Horse / per Judge 

• NSBA Futurity Classes: $125 per Class ($100 to Jackpot Purse) 

• Office Fee: $30 per Horse 

• Late Fee: $40 per horse for entries done after the 15^th of June.

• Credit Card processing fee: 4%

• Stall Fee: $319 – includes 4 bags of shavings and 2 mats for each stall. Additional shavings may be purchased thru the facility.

Super Sires Classes

Will run concurrent with existing classes

Entry Fees: $250

Pre-Entry Deadline: June 15, 2023. Entry fee after Deadline: $350

Horses must be nominated to Super Sires to enter.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Circuit Winners will receive $500 for 1st place, $300 for 2nd place and $200 for 3rd place, Halter classes with the exception of Open, Amateur and Youth Performance Halter will NOT be eligible for circuit awards, including circuit money. All breed classes will NOT be eligible for circuit money but do receive circuit award buckles.

To be eligible for circuit awards including circuit money exhibitors must pay the $200 class entry fee prior to the first time the class shows. IF an exhibitor chooses to only enter ONCE they will pay a fee of $100 for that class. If an exhibitor chooses to pay the $100 fee and then wants to add the class an additional day the fee will be $100 each time the class is shown, but will NOT be eligible for any circuit awards including circuit money.

There will be no class refunds after 5 pm the day prior to the first time a class is offered. Once the class has shown there will be no entry fee refunds.

Any stall cancelled prior to June 24th will only pay the $30 cancellation fee. After June 24th there will be no stall refunds.
